Only used dog wash so my review is for that. It was convenient and easy to use. Large tub for my large dog. Soap, shampoo, and rinse are all included so no need to bring your own soap. -1 star because it's overpriced, more expensive to wash and rinse my dog than premium wash my car. -1 star because there are signs everywhere asking you to clean up (which is great, I'd love to) but then your only option to rinse the tub is doing so during your paid time. It's already a bit more expensive than it should be and then I'm supposed to use the time I paid for to clean the tub instead of my dog? If it was cheaper to use then fine I'd throw in more money to wash the tub down. For the record I did clean up after myself using the towels I brought to wipe down all the tub area and clean up the hair. At that point I could have just washed my dog at home. I don't think I'll use it again, backyard with a hose next time.
